Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tableau/Power BI Consultant with a strong background in the US Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building visualizations in Tableau and Tableau Prep, virtualizing connections, and role-level security. This role requires a strong individual contributor capable of operating independently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex visualizations in Tableau.
  • Utilize the full Tableau platform, including the Data Management Add-On.
  • Conduct UI/UX testing for desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Create visualization templates and center of excellence documentation.
  • Optimize workbooks and analyze performance data for healthcare providers.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills to manage and analyze operational data.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of actions within Tableau to enhance user interactions.
  • Support 600 users in the healthcare sector, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Tableau Advanced Certified (preferred), Tableau Certified Professional/Consultant.
  • Proficient in Tableau Prep and Tableau visualization.
  • Understanding of virtualizing connections and role-level security.
  • Experience with UI/UX in desktop and mobile environments.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience in the US Healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with operational data and performance analytics for healthcare providers.
  • Proven ability to create visualization templates and center of excellence documentation.
  • Strong individual contributor who can work independently and effectively manage tasks.
  • Previous experience supporting a large user base (600 users)​​​​​​​
