Role Overview

We are seeking a talented MicroStrategy Developer based in LATAM to join our consulting team. This role will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting BI solutions within MicroStrategy, ensuring usability, performance, and alignment with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in MicroStrategy.
• Work closely with business analysts and data architects to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Implement schema objects, metadata, and security roles.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of MicroStrategy applications.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and integration with data warehouses and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer.
• Hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy Web, Developer, and Mobile.
• Strong knowledge of schema objects, metrics, filters, prompts, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehouse concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Latin America, available for remote collaboration with US-based teams.

Nice to Have

• MicroStrategy certifications.
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
